Responsibilities:
• Designed an HR software that enhances employees' experience and automates operational tasks by incorporating user insights, business requirements and technical constraints.
• Created user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups with detailed visual design specifications and contributed to user experience design guidelines and the development of best practices and standards.
• Presented design work to HR, Finance, Operations and Engineering teams, as well as executive directors, worked through ambiguity, and adapted the approach to meet the needs of the end-users and multiple stakeholders.
MiPortal is an HR software that enhances employees' experience by providing a virtual workspace that makes onboarding and continuous employee development easy, scales and standardizes training, automates operational tasks and simplifies processes such as payroll, benefits administration and compliance procedures.
