SUMMARY
TrepCamp is a Silicon Valley based training company focused on developing high-impact entrepreneurs. Based on a proprietary methodology TrepCamp develops the core competencies to become a successful entrepreneur. During an 8-week online training program, learners acquire the mindsets, skills and experiences needed to become a high-impact entrepreneur. The complete training program is divided into three experiences: the Assessment Center, the Entrepreneurial Methodologies Program and the Entrepreneurial Simulator.
ASSESSMENT CENTER
This is a situational diagnosis where learners face 42 real-life scenarios and assess their entrepreneurial skills. At the end of the diagnosis, the learners receive a report that indicates their competencies level and recommends the next steps to strengthen their skills.
ENTREPRENEURIAL METHODOLOGIES PROGRAM
In this program, the learner receives online training of the most important entrepreneurial methodologies for the development of a startup: Team formation, Design Thinking, Business Model, Lean Startup, Finance for entrepreneurs, and Agile Methodologies.
ENTREPRENEURIAL SIMULATOR
In this simulator, the learners use the acquired knowledge to create a high-impact solution and developing an entrepreneurial project. Throughout this stage, the learners are supported by an Entrepreneur in Residence, a program coordinator, mentors, and industry leaders.
